Western Red Cedar in a KD clear 1 x 4 was used here. However, you are free to select any wood species from your local building supply store. |
| All boards are screw secured from underneath so the surface remains 100% free of visible
fasteners. A typical panel size is 48 x 48 inches. Dividers between panels can be in a single or double board style as shown. Extruded from U.V. stabilized PVC plastic and equipped with permanent heat welded, soft rubber ribs, the product is perfectly safe for use over pressure sensitive surfaces such as sheet vinyl or roll-on membranes. |

The photo left shows the undersides of both the main panels and the dividers. This is a typical
assembly pattern. Tracks are spaced in a parallel fashion approx. every 24 inches. Installation of a few diagonal pieces will provide additional walking support and ensure all boards for each panel remain square over time. The material is shipped pre-cut to 48 inch lengths. For longer panels you simply butt joint two tracks half over a given board to continue the length as needed. This method also enables virtually no waste. |

As an example, a given deck measures 8 x 16 or 128 square feet. Multiply 128 x a factor of
1.7 which equals 217.6. We would ship 220 feet or 55 lengths at 48 inches. This will be enough track to build all panels as well as the dividers. All orders are shipped via Fed-Ex courier, standard or International ground service. Please contact us for pricing and to place an order. |
