Ray Kaaria - Founder. (1937 - 2005) Dek Rail had its humble beginnings from a single car garage in North
Vancouver back in 1984. Rays goal was to design & produce a unique railing frame far superior to anything else on the market. A railing built so well that
it would easily stand the test of time in some of the most relentless and harsh climates in the world. Components completely void of unsightly exposed
fasteners, brackets, plates and weld slag often overlooked or ignored by other desginers in the business. Sleek slim profiles combined with optimal
strength were his key objectives. Ray will be remembered both as an exceptional designer of better building products and also a gentleman. Rest well our friend. |

Allan Pera - Owner. Allan has worked along side Ray from the inception of Dek Rail. His main area of
expertise for many of those years has been with sales & installations as his talents in problem solving are exceptionally sharp. Dek Rails current component designs are directly attributed to Allans input for a more user friendly installation experience and improved visual esthetics of the product. Allans friendly and down to earth personality has enabled him to establish and maintain strong relationships with our past customers spaning many years. His efforts towards the business continue to provide a positive and progressive outlook for the company. |

Tyler Giesbrecht - Owner. Joined the Dek Rail Team in 1999. He worked as a highly successful independant
building products salesman for ten years before coming aboard and accepting the position of General Manager. Tyler has brought a fresh new approach to the company with his meticulous attention to detail in day-to-day operations. Customer service is his main focus. Moving Dek Rail forward into the spotlight is his passion. Both Allan and Tyler strive to provide the best products and services available in the exterior aluminum railing industry today.
